Goga Vukmirovic, Founder & Managing Partner
Goga has experience investing in a wide range of asset classes, across public and private markets. She brings a finance-focused, and research-driven approach to real estate investing, with the goal of identifying unconventional perspectives and avoiding hidden risks. She founded Avente Capital in 2015 after spending over seven years at Eton Park Capital Management, a multi-billion dollar hedge fund. Prior to Eton Park, Goga worked at CHL Medical Partners, an early stage venture capital firm, and Whitney & Co., a private equity firm. Goga holds an AB in Molecular Biology from Princeton University, a JD from Harvard Law School, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Conor Hussey, Acquisitions
Conor joined Avente Capital in 2021, with a focus on acquisitions in the New York City Metropolitan Area. Previously, Conor was at WeWork, where, most recently, he worked on the disposition of the historic Lord & Taylor Building to Amazon. His prior work experience includes stints at Highpoint Property Group, a local NYC developer, and Marcus & Millichap, with their Brooklyn investment sales team. Conor was born and raised in Bergen County, New Jersey, and graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park.
